OAKLINS GERMANY
Some cyclists let the numbers lead. They plan kilometres, elevation, efforts and all that. Others couldn't care less. They chase quiet roads, good company, beautiful views and cafés that know how to pull a proper flat white. Most of us, love the in-between. So does Oaklins Germany.
As one of the world's leading M&A advisory firms, their bi-yearly Cycling Report maps the state of the cycling industry. Who's buying. Who's selling. Where the market is heading next. Plenty of numbers. Plenty of insight. But that would be a dry read if it's not presented pretty.
So, when they were designing this years’ report, they used a bunch of images from our library. No photoshoot planned. No staged stuff. Just real rides captured well by our alliance over the years. Now woven between the data to remind readers what the industry actually exists for.
OBJECTIVE
Twenty images to fit between data, charts and market trends. High quality work, showing real rides, real roads, and real cyclists. Nothing that looks like obvious stock material.
MADE
Nothing specifically shot. Nothing specifically directed. Their designer could just make perfect use of more than 250 images that were already there in our E2.718 STUDIO Stock Library. They ran a few tests with a bunch of images, and eventually selected twenty to fit each context perfectly.
DISTRIBUTION
The report released as a PDF-file to download from the Oaklins Germany website. Print copies handed out at EUROBIKE Frankfurt, where Oaklins delivered the report's keynote at the Leaders' Night. And a LinkedIn post by Oaklins shared to their M&A audience.
OUTCOME
Quality shots you won't find anywhere else on the internet. Not regular stock photos from Getty or Unspleash. Only professional work from our alliance, ready to pair with your message whenever relevant. Turns out that argument even works on finance decks.
